Dear Hon' ble Justice Dr BS Chauhan
I thank you for the opportunity to respond to the Law Commission questionnaire on a uniform civil code.
Attached is our party's response. Swarna Bharat Party is India's only liberal party. Its response is entirely based on the principles of liberty, which are much needed in India today. Our response is consistent with the principles embedded in India's original constitution before it was badly mangled by the socialists.
I trust our party's responses are found useful. I hope you are able to use this response to guide India back to the path of liberty from which it has strayed.
